ROCK ISLAND, Ill. The Illinois College men's cross country team placed 35th on Saturday at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional, hosted by Augustana College at Rock Island's Saukie Golf Course. Sam Welbourne was the first IC runner across the finish line as he has been all season closing out in 180th place.
